Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to all classes and services offered by Learn Apple (Learn Apple Language Academy, Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-TN-02-0492076), an online coaching service run by its proprietor Jhansi D Mohan, Chennai, India. By booking a demo or joining a course, you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and simple. If anything is unclear, please ask us on WhatsApp before paying.

1. Our services

• Online spoken English, communication, interview skills and personality development coaching, for women only.
• Classes are held live on Google Meet or Zoom, with practice on WhatsApp. Explanations are given in English, and in Tamil or Telugu when needed.
• Groups have a maximum of 6 students. Current programs, hours and fees are listed on learnapple.in.

2. Free consultation

Everyone can have one free consultation (about 20 minutes) before paying. There is no obligation to join.

3. Fees and payment

• Fees are paid monthly, in advance, before the first class of each month. One-to-one sessions are paid before each session (or package).
• Payment is by UPI or a payment link. Please share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp so we can confirm your seat.
• For 3-month courses, the fee shown is per month. You may stop after any month by informing us before the next month starts. No fee is charged for months you do not start.
• Fees may change in future, but your fee will not change during a course you have already joined.
• Special offers (such as the Founding Batch offer) apply only as described in that offer, cannot be combined, and are valid only until the stated end date.

4. Refund policy

• Not happy after your first paid class? Tell us within 7 days of payment and we will refund the fee for that month, minus the classes already attended (charged at the per-hour rate).
• After 7 days from payment, fees for that month are not refundable, but you can pause and continue in a later group within 3 months.
• If we cancel a group or cannot continue a course, we will refund the full fee for all classes not yet held.
• Refunds are paid back to the same UPI account within 7 working days.

5. Classes, attendance and missed classes

• Please join on time. Classes start and end at the scheduled time.
• If you miss a group class, we will share the recording or notes where available. Missed group classes are not repeated separately.
• One-to-one sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice are counted as taken.
• If Jhansi has to cancel a class, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

6. A respectful, safe class

• Groups are women-only. Please be kind and respectful: no mocking, harassment or offensive messages, in class or in WhatsApp groups.
• Do not record, screenshot or share other students' faces, voices or messages without their permission.
• We may remove anyone who repeatedly disrupts classes or breaks these rules, with a refund for any classes not yet held.

7. Results

We work hard to help every student improve, but progress depends on your regular attendance and practice. We do not guarantee a particular level of fluency, exam result or job offer.

8. Certificates

A certificate of completion is given to students who complete their course and attend at least 75% of the classes. It is a Learn Apple certificate and is not a government or university qualification.

9. Course materials

Worksheets, notes, recordings and other materials are for your personal learning only. Please do not share, sell or publish them.

10. Liability

Learn Apple is not responsible for problems caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party apps (Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp). In any case, our total responsibility is limited to the fees you have paid for the affected classes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be resolved by friendly discussion; if needed, the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction.
